GrozaLink Global is an online platform that allows people living abroad (diaspora) to buy groceries and essential goods for their families in Zimbabwe through verified supermarket partners, instead of sending cash

7. HOW DOES THE RECIPIENT COLLECT THEIR GROCERIES?

The recipient receives an SMS/ A call from Grozalink Global office supermarket location pickup instructions.

Recipient ID/Passport/Driver’s license must match the name entered on the order.

8. HOW LONG DOES COLLECTION TAKE?

Most orders are ready within 1–4 hours, depending on:

  • supermarket fulfillment speed
  • Item availability
  • Verification checks
9. WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

GrozaLink will:offer a similar equivalent item, OR offer store credit for recipient, OR notify sender for substitution.

10. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • Yes - customers receive status updates:
  • Order Received Processing
  • Ready for Collection Completed
  • Delivery tracking launches in Phase 2.
