1. ABOUT GROZALINK GLOBAL

GrozaLink Global is an e-commerce platform that enables customers (primarily diaspora users) to purchase groceries, essentials, and consumer products for recipients in Zimbabwe through verified retail partners.

Phase 1: Store pickup only

Phase 2: Home delivery (selected regions)

GrozaLink Global does not sell or manufacture goods directly. All products are fulfilled by partnered supermarkets.

 

 

2. USER ACCOUNTS

To use the platform, customers must:

  • Create an account with accurate personal information
  • Verify identity if requested
  • Keep login credentials secure.
GrozaLink Global may suspend or close accounts for:
  • Fraud or suspicious activity
  • False information
  • Abuse of platform or harassment of staff/partners

 

3. ORDER & FULFILLMENT PROCESS

Orders are processed only after:

  • Successful payment confirmation
  • Product availability at partner store
Recipients must present:
  • Valid National ID / Passport / Driver’s License AND
  • GrozaLink One-Time Pickup Code.
  • Failure to present required credentials may result in order delays or unsuccessful pickup.

 

 

4. SERVICE FEES

A 12% service fee is charged on all transactions.

This covers:

  • Platform technology & system security
  • Order verification & fraud screening
  • Customer support
  • Pickup coordination & fulfillment processing.
  • No commissions are deducted from partner supermarkets.

 

 

5. PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted methods include:

  • Visa / Mastercard
  • PayNow (Zimbabwe)
  • Contipay
  • Mobile Money (EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, Telecash)
  • Flutterwave.
  • Payments are final after confirmation and cannot be reversed except through approved refund channels.

 

 

6. PRODUCT OWNERSHIP & QUALITY

Product quality, packaging, and availability are the responsibility of partner retailers.

GrozaLink Global is not liable for:

  • Price changes at partner stores
  • Out-of-stock items
  • Product variations, packaging changes, or manufacturer defects
Where items are unavailable, options may include:
  • Replacement with an equivalent item
  • Store credit for the recipient
  • Refund to the sender (where applicable)

 

7. PROHIBITED USE

Users may not:

  • Use false names or IDs
  • Exploit pricing or system loopholes
  • Misrepresent recipient identity
  • Harass staff or partners
  • Attempt to access system backend or data.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GrozaLink Global is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by partner stores or public holidays
  • Losses caused by incorrect recipient information
  • Acts outside of our control (e.g., network failures, national issues).
